Tejushka Jodze Meprai, formerly known as Nutan Rai, is an internationally recognized actress and model. Having lived and worked across India and Singapore, she hopes to channel her unique perspectives to create meaningful films.

As an actor, Tejushka’s work in the feature film Joe: The Black Assassin (2017) and Star Plus’ TV show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya (2017) has gained her fans and followers worldwide. One of her music videos, Saaral Mazhaiyaa(2017), received more than 21 million views on YouTube.

Her latest short film, The Verge (2021), is making its way around the international film festival circuit. She won numerous accolades for Best Cast Ensemble and Best Direction at the Hollywood Boulevard Film Festival (HBFF), the New York International Film Awards (NYIFA), the Global Independent Film Festival of India (GIFFI) and Bakunawa Film Festival (BFF).

As a model, Tejushka has walked for numerous renowned designers including India’s Tarun Tahiliani, Ritu Kumar, Sandeep Khosla and Pakistan’s Rana Noman. She was a top finalist for Miss Universe Singapore 2016, and has collaborated with brands such as Toni & Guy, La Senza, and the F1 runway.

As Tejushka continues developing her craft as a multi-faceted artist, she is also pursuing a career as a Producer in Singapore.
